Biography:
David Veile attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he obtained his B.A. in Foreign Language/Spanish in 1998. Mr. Veile received his Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law in 2004, where he was admitted to the Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn. Mr. Veile was admitted to practice before all Tennessee courts in 2004.
Mr. Veile is a member of the Nashville, 15th Judicial District, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Veile is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Veile currently serves on the Board of Delegates for the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division as Vice President and will ascend to President of that organization in 2012.
Mr. Veile is certified as a Police Instructor by the Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. Mr. Veile was Law Instructor at the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Training Academy from 2002-2004, where he taught Criminal Statutory Law, Criminal Procedure, and Constitutional Law. Mr. Veile formerly served as a police officer and sergeant with the Metropolitan Nashville Police department.
