Brittany Davis obtained her B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 and her Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law in 2016. Ms. Davis was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Davis was a lobbyist representing a variety of clients interests before the Tennessee State Legislature. She represented the County Officials Association, a professional association comprised of court clerks, county clerks, registers of deed and trustees state-wide. She also represented various trade associations and a cannabis firm. Ms. Davis has navigated clients through the legislative process of understanding Tennessee’s hemp laws and regulations.
Ms. Davis monitors and understands the legislative process in order to be on the cutting edge of knowledge when dealing with the ever-changing Tennessee statutory law.
Ms. Davis handles criminal cases throughout the counties of middle Tennessee. She is particularly passionate about helping her clients navigate the court system and successfully re-enter the community.
Ms. Davis is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Davis is a graduate of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Trial College.
Ms. Davis enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
